Hans Hardin " I can't believe I own this beautiful Highlander"
“First, let me say thank you for a wonderful experience purchasing my 2016 Toyota Highlander. Just to put it into context, I can’t believe I own this beautiful SUV. On the day of purchase, I wasn’t planning on buying a car. My friend and I were going to test drive a Lexus IS350 that she so eagerly wants. We went to a dealership on the other side of town and had poor service due to the dealership being unorganized. We told the rep what we wanted and waited 30 min before deciding to leave because he never came back. He and another coworker argued where the car was suppose to be. (They might still be looking for it and arguing) We soon found ourselves at another dealership with Hans and on a whim, he provided fantastic customer service. Although there were no IS350s in stock, we had a casual conversation about a SUV for me. Needless to say, a few hours later I drove away in a car that I’ve been wanting for a few years. I had no intentions of buying a car that day but due to great customer service, being in the right at the right time, with the right person, it influenced my decision to buy. Attitude goes a long way, and when a seller can make that connection, it makes the whole experience a win-win. Thank you Toyota and thank you Hans.” Clive
