I would give negative stars if I could. The ONLY way I would ever return here is if Toyota actually showed some customer service like they claim to have (they say they CARE about their customers and their driving experience). I just want to say if you are looking for a used car you're ally need to go see Alfredo Trevino or Cody McMurdo of Alfredo isn't there. Alfredo took good care of us. I wish I could rate them lower. I had an appointment at 7:30 am and I have been here close to 5hrs with a call every hour and a half saying it will be about 30min more. Service department sucks. Had a recall on my 2021 Highlander. They replaced whatever part and didn't secure any of the plastic trim parts under the hood. We just had a Service/ oil change, tire rotation. Did not replace the custom valve stem caps. Lost 2 of them and didn't even put one back on. I'm glad my prepaid Service is almost over. Be very precise in your language to these people. My wife bought a RAV4 but before she bought it, she asked if it had MAPS and of course the salesman said yes. She and I both were under the impression that it comes with the Drive Connect trial, which is what she wanted. Went in for an unscheduled oil changed took 30+ minutes than originally qoted. That service dept gets 3.5 stars. However, Customer service Delivery Specialist Amariah Lewis, made the wait bareable. I leased a car and sold them my Venza. It was a new experience. I never will do that again. There were several hiccups in the procedure that had never occurred before the many vehicles I had purchased from Universal over the past 30 years.
Sales team very knowledgeable. Only thing that was upsetting was getting only one set of key. Salesperson didn’t discuss this until all was set to purchase. I’m hopeful to get other key as this will incur extra expense.

I have been trying to cancel warranty for over a month. Went there and signed paperwork. They still didn’t cancel the warranty. The finance department will not return calls or answer emails. The service department and sales department have both been great . I don’t know why I can’t cancel warranty and since they won’t speak to me ? Someone got with me and corrected the problem. Visited on 5/08/24 with low oil reading after recent oil change on my 2024 Sienna Platinum. Service Manager, Mr. Jose Laridizabal listened to our concerns and was patient, polite and Professional. Felix is the best service advisor! The service was tremendous and I was kept aware at every step. Felix explained the cost of everything he suggested that showed up on the service needed profile. He also explained why the service was needed and he explained what it meant and how it might help my vehicles performance. It has been 10-15 days since the service was done and Felix was correct concerning how my vehicle might perform in an improved way because it does.
My husband and I went looking for a new family vehicle our experience was amazing to say the least. Put a deposit on a new van in January 2024. Never received updates on its arrival. Left messages with two of my salespeople, no one returned my call-ever. On the day it was to arrive I was told it was sold. I did my part preparing for financing and insurance and this company let me down.
